Customer service should never be a compromise. We will always be polite and on time, and we expect our clients to treat us with the same courtesy or expect to lose access.
If your session isn't to your liking, please reach out via email with your anonymous complaint. Keep in mind that not every service provider is the same as we are all independent and make our own choices.
During the Covid crisis it is even more important to maintain cleanliness and good hygiene. You will be asked to wash your hands prior to your session. We may even take your temperature for safety. Please wear a mask into the bldg. You may take it off during your session, if you like.
Newbies must screen prior to making an appt. Pleeeeeze have mercy & take advantage of the outrageous discount we are offering to get more folks to take it upon themselves to screen b/f reaching out. Why? Because we are lazy and don't want to ask all the questions when you call or text for the first time. :)
